Epoxy powder coatings

General introduction
This type of coating is prepa red from the epoxy resin, and it has excellent chemical resistance and good mechanical prope rties. It is suiltable for the coating of metallic appliances that has rigor demand on the anti-corrosion , insulating properties and flexibility. It is suggested to use this type of coating directly in the coating for outdoor appliances.

Standard and low temperature solidification type powder coating can be provided.

Density(g/cm3,25℃):1.4-1.7
Granularity distribution:100%below 100μm(it can be adapted to the customers’demand)
Curing Condition
Type A    200℃(workpiece temperature),10minutes(flat gloss or no gloss )
Type B    180℃(workpiece temperature),15minutes(high gloss or semi gloss )
Type C    140℃(workpiece temperature),20minutes(high gloss )
Average coating rate
9-12㎡/kg, film thickness:60μm (calculated according to 100% consuming of powder coating)
