This type of powder coating is prepared from polyurethane resin . It has excellent leveling property and good resistance to chemicals, elements and oil. It can be applied in the coating on hard conditions, such as the coating for automobiles, motors, oiling machines and agricultural implements and machinery,
Product Series
Products of different gloss are available, high gloss (above 80%), semi gloss(50-80%), flat gloss(20-50%) and no gloss(below 20%). (The gloss can be adjusted according to the customers’ to the demand.)

Density(g/cm3,25℃):1.4-1.7
Granularity distribution:100%below 100μm(it can be adapted to the customers’ demand)
Curing Condition
 200℃(workpiece temperature), 10minutes 
Average coating rate
9-12㎡/kg, film thickness:60μm (calculated according to 100% consuming of powder coating)
