The electrostatic powder coating method utilizes powder coatings to induce charge or friction with static electricity in a high-pressure static pressure field, and causes the grounded coated object to bear opposite charges to the powder coating. When the powder coating is sprayed onto the coated object using an electrostatic powder gun, the charged powder coating adsorbs onto the coated object with opposite charges, and then sends the coated object into a baking furnace for melting, leveling, or cross-linking and curing to form a film. This coating method is currently the most widely used powder coating method both domestically and internationally.
